Monument operators can now run their websites and online rentals on Storagely, with units, pricing, and availability syncing in real time.
WINSTON-SALEM, NC, UNITED STATES, September 21, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Storagely, the website and online rental platform built for self-storage operators, announced a native integration with Monument, the modern software platform for high-performing self-storage operators. Operators running Monument can now pair it with a Storagely website, with units, pricing, and availability syncing in real time and every rental completing on the operator’s own branded site.
Right Move Storage, the Houston-based management company operating facilities across five states, will be the first portfolio live on the integration, launching this September.
Monument runs the business. The website runs the rental.
Monument is a facility management system built for portfolio scale. Operations, tenant communications, delinquency workflows, access control, and GAAP-compliant accrual accounting run centrally across every facility. Its rate engine moves prices by rule in both directions, the way the REITs do it. Its reporting closes on lease-level accuracy.
All of that produces decisions. A website is where those decisions reach a renter.
That is the half Storagely rebuilt this fall with Storagely 3.0.1. Launch velocity was the first problem: An operator closes on a facility and then waits weeks for a website while the units sit unrented. Scale was the second: The work of keeping one location accurate multiplies by every location added, until a portfolio manager spends the week updating hours and rates instead of filling units. Solving the second one meant going deeper into the FMS than a website has gone before, which is why the Monument partnership matters.
“Monument spent years gathering data and building alongside some of the best minds in self storage before they ever took the product to market,” said Austin Simmons, Chief Executive Officer of Storagely. “The moment we saw it, we knew it was going to be a game-changer for operators. We are proud of what they are bringing to the industry, and proud to integrate our platform with theirs.”
Built for Portfolio Scale
-Supported FMS capabilities. Gone are the days when your FMS can do something but your website cannot. Rate rules, unit inventory, promos, and availability move from Monument to the site as they change, so the price a renter sees is the price Monument just set.
-ATLAS location profile manager. One record per facility holding hours, photos, amenities, promos, and SEO. Edit it once and it publishes to the site. No spreadsheet, no second system, no page-by-page updating.
-Google Business Profile Sync. Update your Google Business Profile and ATLAS follows, so your site updates itself.
-Location autonomy at any scale. Push a change to the whole portfolio, a custom group, or one store. Third-party managers can run separate branded sites for every owner and manage all of them from one place.
-Site edits without a ticket. FLEX is drag-and-drop. A two-person corporate marketing team can update 100 sites without a developer, an agency, or a queue. Every component pulls from ATLAS and Monument, so hours, promos, pricing, and availability stay current on their own after the page is built.
What the Renter Sees
-A 60-second rental. A reimagined single-page checkout with upsell features, merch shop, and VBP options in the same flow.
-Rent straight from the map. Renters pick their unit off an interactive facility map, the way they pick a seat on a plane.
-Snap Size guide. A renter photographs the room or the pile in the garage. A Storagely site reads the images, sizes the unit, and sends them to checkout.
-Reserve with Google. Storagely has been approved for Reserve with Google, which enables Storagely to provide the integration to eligible customers.
Already Proven in the Field
Right Move Storage runs the Storagely platform across its portfolio and will be the first to have the native Monument integration.
“Storagely has handled the websites across our Right Move Storage portfolio, and it’s been a good partnership. The sites look clean, they’re easy for our team to update, and when we’ve needed something changed, we get a real answer quickly. Since our transition to Storagely, the one-page checkout has resulted in significantly increased online rentals and fewer abandoned rentals with the simplified online rental process,” said Todd Gresky, Division Vice President, Right Move Storage.
Monument joins Storagely’s growing list of native FMS integrations. Storagely will begin an immediate waitlist for interested Monument facilities. Operators can learn more and request a demo at Storagely.io.
