Sangjune will lead Aztec’s data strategy and capabilities, helping to strengthen how the business uses data to enhance decision-making, improve operational efficiency and deliver greater value for clients. His appointment supports Aztec’s broader technology strategy, which focuses on combining market-leading technology and purposeful automation with specialist expertise to deliver a premium client experience. By continuing to invest in data capabilities, Aztec aims to provide clients with a more connected and scalable service model while maintaining its high touch service.

Throughout his career, he has led major technology modernisation initiatives, strengthened data governance frameworks and developed scalable data capabilities that help organisations make better use of information and support sustainable growth.
